On the 30th of January 2019, the Senior Assistant for Co-Curricular Activities of SMK St Teresa, Mr Teo Jin Ghee, retired after many years of service to the school. His retirement ceremony was held in the school hall of St Teresa’s Primary School at 11.00 a.m.

Mr Teo has been serving the school since 1983 and he soon became the Senior Assistant for Co-curricular Activities (PKKK) in 2003. He has contributed a lot to the school for the past 36 years and has shaped and guided many of his students to be who they are today. He will definitely be remembered for all his efforts and hard work.
There were performances by the school band, school dance club, Amirah Qurratulela from 5A2 and a group of students who expressed their gratitude through poems spoken in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. Mr Teo received many souvenirs, including a cake for his birthday, from students, teachers and the school authorities.

The ceremony ended at about 12.30 p.m. and Mr Teo Jin Ghee will be dearly missed by both students and teachers alike. We would like to wish Mr Teo happy retirement and may his life be filled with many new adventures, meaningful moments and much happiness.
